SALON POLICIES

1. Consultation & Communication

Consultation: Before beginning any service, our braiders will conduct a consultation to understand the desired look. It is important that you openly communicate your expectations & preferences, including any concerns you may have about your natural hair.

Clarity of expectations: Please be specific about your style preferences, color, size, and length.

2. Understanding Pricing

Service Costs: Pricing for each service is clearly stated before the beginning of the appointment. Additional services such as a wash, blow dry, stitch braids, boho hair, size or length changes, may incur additional fees, which will be discussed upfront.

Approval of Costs: If your service requires any modifications in scope (e.g. a length change or size change) we will infrom you of any cost changes before proceeding.

3. Satisfaction & Feedback

During the Service: If at any point during the appointment, you are concerned about the direction of your service, please communicate with your stylist immediately.

Post-Appointment Concerns: If you are not happy with the final outcome of your service, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to correct the issue, whether through a revision or other adjustments, at no additional costs.

4. Disputing Charges

All services are non-refundable once the service has been completed and agreed upon. Disputing charges based on dissatisfaction with the outcome, without prior attempts to address concerns, is not permitted.

Misunderstandings: If you feel the service did not meet the agreed-upon expectations, please refer to the consultation notes and agreed-upon outcome. Our stylists aim to match the service to your expectations, but subjective matters such as hair texture and personal style preferences may affect the final result.

 

Commitment to Resolution: We encourage clients to discuss any dissatisfaction with the salon management directly and promptly. We strive for a fair and amicable solution, but only if a reasonable opportunity for correction has been provided.

5. Client Responsibility

Health and Hair History: Please inform your stylist of any medical conditions, allergies, or hair treatments that could affect the outcome of the service.

Post-Service Care: After receiving your service, it is important to follow our aftercare instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your hairstyle.
